Recycled Content — GRS + RCS Scope Certificate

What is it?

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS 4.0) and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS 2.0) are recycled-content traceability standards owned by Textile Exchange. RCS tracks only the recycled-content chain, while GRS adds social, environmental and chemical requirements on top.

What it covers

The Scope Certificate covers knitting, dyeing, finishing, pre-treatment, preparatory, spinning and trading processes across two facilities. It was audited by Control Union under IOAS accreditation.

Why it matters

It is independent chain-of-custody proof for recycled-polyester (rPET) claims. A Transaction Certificate (TC) is what proves a specific shipment is certified.
