What is it?

Higg FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module) assesses working conditions, wages, hours, occupational health-and-safety and worker rights, and is independently verified. Under Cascale it is converged with the SLCP (Social & Labor Convergence Program) common assessment framework.

What it covers

A verified FSLM/SLCP lets a single assessment be accepted by many brands. Fersan’s certificate covers the 2025 assessment.

Why it matters

It is independent proof of social compliance; by reducing duplicate social audits it creates value for both the brand and the worker.
