What is it?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is the globally recognized product label showing a textile has been tested for substances harmful to human health. Every component of the product — yarn, dye, accessory — is tested against a continually updated catalogue of limit values.
What it covers
Products are graded in classes I–IV, where Class I (babies) is the strictest. The certificate renews annually. Fersan holds three separate test numbers issued by Hohenstein.
Why it matters
It is laboratory proof that skin-contact fabric carries no harmful chemistry — a common entry requirement in retail and export.
